ECM smart connect for Document Output

The "ECM smart connect for Document Output" connector archives your documents from Continia Document Output in your ECM in an audit-proof manner.

• Audit-proof archiving of your documents generated via Continia Document Output.
• E-mails, documents or images that are located on your mail program, desktop or other directories can be stored in the ECM using "drag and drop" on the "drop zone" in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Archived documents are displayed clearly and in the context of the business transaction via the Customer or Vendor card within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, for example.
• Documents are processed more efficiently from output to archiving, while accidental errors, e.g. due to manual input, are minimized.
• Meet your compliance requirements with documented processes and audit-proof archiving, including compliance with retention periods.
• The connector can be used for local installations (OnPrem), cloud, or hybrid solutions.
